Distinctive Carpets, Inc. was incorporated in 1989 and was designed from the start to handle the floorcovering needs of the Property Management Industry. We offer some unique advantages over our competitors.

Most importantly, all the staff at Distinctive Carpets are employees. This includes office staff, customer service, installers and their helpers. All employees must have a valid ID, Social Security card, auto insurance and submit to the Federal E-Verify program, and a 7 year criminal and driving background check. All employees are issued an ID badge that they must display whenever they are on a job. We do not allow friends or family on the job site with any worker.

The customer service department inspects every job every day. Any issues are solved immediately.

Our warehouses are large enough to house all flooring products in depth and we have enough crews to handle your work. If you order one job a day or twenty we will be ready.

Distinctive Carpets computer software is designed for taking phone orders from our customers in real time and with 100% accuracy. This system allows you to specify the colors of carpet, type of pad and who is authorized to place orders. You can also input notes for any special request you have pertaining to installation.

Distinctive Carpets recycles. We are the only floor company in Tucson to install a pad baler so we can recycle the used pad instead of discarding into a landfill.
